Well, it depends on the location and severity of swelling. Medications like aleve and ibeprofin can help with mild infalmations. Ice works greak for swelling due to injury. Steroids are prescribed for more severe inflamations....need more info on what's swollen.What medication or cream greatly reduces swelling?
im not sure about swelling but redness and itching can be eliminated with hydrocortizone cream. you can get a prescription from a doctor.
